Yes, only if it hasn't been shipped. There is a 20% restock fee. Buyer must pay for return shipping.

Professional Items are only sold to licensed nail techs.
How do I make an Exchange/Return?
Product must be unopened and not used and returned to shipping address at customer's expense.
